Pop-up Sunday

Hello!

Hope the winter was restful and restorative, or something like that.

Just letting you know I will be at Smalltown Coffee in Crown point this Sunday 3/2 with some fresh oyster and lions mane mushrooms, a new batch of Elderberry Super syrup, black garlic, and some experimental koji-based ferments including a black garlic shio koji (makes an amazing marinade) and a young oyster mushroom miso! Our friend Michael will be selling his fermentations as well.
